Thought you might like to see the Design I've sent off to Claudio, I still haven't heard weather he likes it or not but I'm assuming no news is good news and if he does I believe this will be one of the T-shirt designs he'll be bringing over.

I'm afraid that myself and Emma will not be joining you all for training tonight due a serious case of runny noses and general feelings of grimmness.
