Sat 19th Workshop.

This Saturday 19th April, we will be holding a 4 hour workshop in our new space, 'Maryhill Central Hall on Maryhill Road from 12-4pm. This will be a great opportunity for beginners as over the course of the afternoon we will cover all of the fundamental elements of the game and for experienced capoeiristas as you'll get to train for a healthy amount of time. Weather dependant we'd like to take the Roda outside after 4pm and then we are heading to Steve's for the party. Look forward to seeing you there!

Thought you might like to see the Design I've sent off to Claudio, I still haven't heard weather he likes it or not but I'm assuming no news is good news and if he does I believe this will be one of the T-shirt designs he'll be bringing over.

I'm afraid that myself and Emma will not be joining you all for training tonight due a serious case of runny noses and general feelings of grimmness. I hope you all enjoy yourselves though, meet @ The Vic as usual where you're all then going down to the MacLellan Galleries, same story for Wednesday. I'll see you then!
